Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana and Carbonara

If you have never tasted them yet, you can not miss this opportunity to learn how to prepare the most famous pasta dishes in Rome. You will also discover stories and legends that made them famous.

Cooking is easy and fun, and with the guidance of our chef, you will make the dough to prepare fresh fusilli; the seasoning for the cacio e pepe (cheese and pepper) pasta, the carbonara and the amatriciana.

When everything is ready, eat it immediately accompanied by a quartino of good red or white wine.

Dessert:  ricotta and sour cherry tart.
