Our experience begins by going to the farmers' market, where all the stalls sell products from local farms. A beautiful, lively and colourful market where we will test the best of fresh seasonal vegetables, fruit, cheese, oil and fresh bread.

Tastings of freshly cooked pasta and preservative-free cold cuts await you. Locally produced wines. And finally a walk in the ancient Jewish ghetto, to learn about food, history and traditions.
