A fascinating lesson in one of the most beautiful and hidden medieval historic villages in Italy. We will walk through the streets of the village savoring foods and scents of the past, in the shops of the bread oven, in the norcinerie and butchers, where we will shop and taste the products.

We will cook under the guidance of the Chef in the atmosphere of a XIX century house in the historic village center.

We will knead the egg pasta for fettuccine or ravioli; white pasta for other specialties such as strangozzi, strozzapreti. We will prepare the fillings, meat sauce and other seasoning sauces.

A second course will be prepared with local meats or legumes. Cook everything and put your dishes on the table when ready.

This will be followed by the final tasting of what has been prepared plus a typical dessert.

  • A cancellation received within 7 days before the course start date will result in a full refund.
  • It will be possible to make changes to your reservation up to 48 hours before the course starts.
  • For no-shows at the meeting point, on the established day and time, any amount paid will not be refunded.

Meeting Point

The tour starts from and ends at the railway station of Attigliano*, where our staff will meet & greet you and accompany you to the destination of your experience, only 20 minutes away.

*easily reachable in 60 minutes from Roma Termini railway station by train (Rome-Florence line)
