Cooking classes focused on traditional Easter and springtime dishes.
Under the guidance of a chef, you'll learn how to prepare doughs and sauces for 'tonnarelli' and fillings for ravioli, as well as how to make 'carciofi alla romana' and the famous Neapolitan 'pastiera’.
The class will end with a tasting that includes wine and prosecco.
