A lesson to know the real Italian Pizza, to be completely discovered and tasted.

History and curiosities about the most famous dish in the world await you: the Neapolitan, the Roman, the pizza in the pan, the fried. You will know the flour, yeast, mozzarella, all the raw materials and the best condiments for the success of a well-leavened pizza, crunchy and unique in the world.

We will teach you how to make pizza at home and how to bake your favorites in a baking pan. The courses are held in a cooking school, in a welcoming and professional environment with individual workstations.
