Appointment at the cooking school, a welcoming and typical environment where you will prepare, under the guidance of a real professional Chef, all your dishes. Let’s fasten the aprons then and start cooking.

We will knead the egg pasta for fettuccine and ravioli; white pasta for other specialties such as strozzapreti, pici, gnocchetti. We will also prepare the fillings, the meat sauce and other seasoning sauces. Cook everything  and put your dishes on the table when ready.

The final tasting of what has been prepared will follow.

Refunds and Changes

  • A cancellation received within 7 days before the course start date will result in a full refund.
  • It will be possible to make changes to your reservation up to 48 hours before the course starts.
  • For no-shows at the meeting point, on the established day and time, any amount paid will not be refunded.

    Tours and lessons include activities for no more than 10 people, to assure the maximum attention to the participants.
