Our experience as a chef begins by going to the market, to choose fresh seasonal vegetables, fruit, peasant eggs and any other ingredient useful for preparations.

A quick coffee break and off to the cooking school where we fasten our aprons to start:

We will knead the egg pasta for fettuccine and ravioli; white pasta for other specialties such as strozzapreti, pici, gnocchetti. We will prepare the fillings, meat sauce and other seasoning sauces. Everything in cooking and ready on the table.

The final tasting of what has been prepared will follow.

Refunds and Changes

  • A cancellation received within 7 days before the course start date will result in a full refund.
  • It will be possible to make changes to your reservation up to 48 hours before the course starts.
  • For no-shows at the meeting point, on the established day and time, any amount paid will not be refunded.
