Let’s go to the laboratory of the pastry-chef, to discover the recipes of the most loved and known dessert in the world.
Under his guidance, you will prepare the real Tiramisu cream with all its variations, learning about the best raw materials to use. You will make the Savoyard biscuit to whip the cake, and we will reveal the secrets of a good coffee made with a Moka machine. Then you will build the classic tiramisu, the one with Sicilian pistachio and Piedmont hazelnut.
Final tasting with typical dessert wines.
